This BY FAR was the best experience I’ve ever had with any automotive inspection/service business. I called in the morning to see if they had time to get my car in for a smog check and safety … More inspection, John answered the phone and very pleasantly let me know that my desired in time would work perfect. When I showed up I was impressed to see such a clean, welcoming and beautifully decorated reception area. John was very communicative and upfront with me about his findings and spent the better part of his afternoon trying to fix it for me. After the headlight being found to have many problems John researched and priced out my options before even calling me, it made my decision so easy and made me feel super confident that I had found the right place to help me! When picking up my car I brought my entire little family and my two girls absolutely fell in love with Patricia, who was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. After some great conversation and delicious Carmel Apple suckers my girls were quick to ask when we would be back to hang out again 🙂 Thank you so much John and Patricia for all your help and kindness today, you made our experience wonderful!
