  • Vehicle had Diagnostic Trouble Code P2440 (Secondary Air Injection (SAI) System Switching Valve is stuck open on Bank 1) Removed the Intake Manifold and test the Air Injection Pump (Ok), Tested the Air Injection Control Valve, (Ok), Tested the Air Flow Sensor on the Air Injection Control Valve, (Faulty). Recommend replacing the Air Injection Control Valve Assembly, Sensor is sold with Valve.
  • Removed Intake Manifold and Replaced the Secondary Air Injection Control Valve
  • Installed Glove Box Latch Assembly and Cleaned the Tape Residue from Glove Box and Dash.
